The ARC Leadership Development Center is seeking dedicated, passionate leaders to join its Board of Directors. This role is ideal for individuals committed to building strong Christian leadership in the Church, the Marketplace, and the Community.
As the ARC moves into its next phase of growth, board members will play a vital role in guiding strategy, expanding our impact, and fostering sustainable growth.
Initially, the Board will operate as a Working Board with a 10-hour monthly commitment over the first 9 months. During this period, board members will collaborate on key initiatives, including strategic planning, community engagement, and resource development, to support our ambitious goals. After this phase, the Board will transition to a Governing Board, focusing on oversight, policy, and long-term strategy to ensure the ARC’s continued success and impact.

Seeking Board Members who embody Christian values, ethics, and integrity who will:
- Provide governance and oversight for the ARC’s training center and programs
- Participate in strategic planning of policies and procedures
- Recommend, review, and evaluate training programs and curriculum
- Oversee and support fundraising initiatives
- Advise on community outreach and relationship-building activities
- Recommend strategies for marketing and communication
- Oversee volunteer management
Inviting Board Members with expertise in Technology and Digital Literacy including:
- Common Office Technology and Apps (PC/MAC, ZOOM, GMAIL/GOOGLE, Mailchimp, Email, Microsoft Office)
- Social Media – LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram
- Online Learning
Time Commitment
- 2025: January – September 10 hrs. maximum per month
- 2025: October – December monthly meeting
- 2-year appointment preferred, includes yearly review to ensure continued interest
- All Meetings are held Virtually, select meetings will have an in-person option
