Growth Track – $45/Month or $500/Year (Save $40). 

Ideal for those in the early stages of leadership or ministry development. This track offers quarterly online group coaching sessions and ongoing email and telephone support to help you track progress, receive accountability, and clarify goals as you grow in your calling. Best for long-term personal or ministry development at a steady pace.

Launch Track – $300/Month or $1500/6 Months (Save $300)

Designed for individuals ready to elevate their ministry or leadership through focused, personalized mentorship. This package includes bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with direct access to advanced tools, resources, and strategic goal-setting techniques. Personalized feedback and hands-on guidance are the hallmarks of this track, making it perfect for leaders launching new initiatives or in a phase of significant growth. Many engage in this track for 3–6 months before moving to the Growth Track for sustained support and community. Best for those in a critical growth phase or launching a new ministry, non-profit, or marketplace business.

Leadership Track – $500/Month

Tailored for seasoned leaders and ministers dealing with higher-level challenges. This track provides weekly personalized mentorship, comprehensive strategic assessments, and access to advanced leadership resources. With a focus on leadership refinement, problem-solving, and addressing complex organizational or ministry challenges, this track also includes on-site visits and in-depth leadership coaching as needed. Many engage in this track for a limited time to overcome a very specific challenge and then move to another track based on their individual or team needs. Best for experienced leaders facing critical decisions or complex challenges requiring expert input.

Leadership Team Coaching – Starting at $2,500 (2-3 months, up to 10 participants)

Customized for church leadership teams, boards, or ministry organizations seeking team development and corporate leadership solutions. This mentorship includes tailored workshops, strategic team assessments, and collaborative coaching. Pricing may vary depending on group size, specific goals, and the need for on-site workshops or travel. Best for teams seeking to strengthen leadership unity, develop vision, and address collective challenges.
